  I went in with blue hair, color and cut later...walked out with green hair and not the cut I showed her. yes, my hair was damaged but there were another process that could be been chosen to fix and help my hair! 1 week later I was told I would get a refund, in the matter of minutes I was called back and told I would only recieve half! Not a happy Customer with the salon owner!!! if they were a truly respectable business....they would've refunded my money!
